Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I have been with a doctor for 13 years he has a home in the state of Florida and is retired receiving approx $13000 a month on disability (tax free and his check goes up with inflation) we bought a house together in Indiana and it is under a survivorship contract. Prior to us having a relationship he was my doctor from the time I was 20 years of age. We have been engaged to be married for 2 years and now during the holidays he has kicked me out of his house in Florida because I am having health problems, he does not want to be responsible for me because of the bills. I trusted him and now I am broke, struggling to get by. Do I have a legal leg to stand on?

You have rights to the property you purchased jointly, and need to consult with an attorney in your community to protect those rights. The key question is whethr both your names are on that house in Indiana.
I agree with Jay. You need to consult a local attorney in Florida to see what your rights are there. An Indiana attorney should review the documents for the Indiana property.
