Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Domestic partnership

We have been together 4 years, split ALL expenses and bought house, furniture, and other large items. Most is in her name for better credit reasons. It's almost over now. IF we were married I'd be entitled to 1/2 the house, correct? We aren't, and I am curious as to my options. All my paychecks etc., have been deposited into her account to be used for bills, house payments, etc. She has signed my name to some of these to deposit while work took me out of town. Am curious as to recourse should this not work out in a pleasant way. Thank you.

I suggest asking her for 1/2 and see what happens. If she declines, hire an attorney to pursue this as it sounds as if there are substantial dollars.
