Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I used a donor egg to have my twins 9 years ago, and I consciously know that I have all the legal rights of a natural mother, but my husband is threatening to take them away from me. Is there a law statute that I can read that will help me understand my rights?

There really isn't anything that directly applies to your situation other than the standard that all children born during the marriage are considered to be children of the marriage. Morever, the law of custody is based on what is the best interest of the child. You can find these concepts in I.C. 31
