dose my wife half to notify me of a divorce when she has the means of contacting me or can she get away with putting it in a paper that i dont know about and is only delivered to her city stores ounce a week

If you do not hire counsel to address the issue, the court will have no knowledge that service by publication is improper in your case so she could possibly get away with it.
