Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Where can I download forms for my ex to sign away his parental rights. I'm trying to do this part my self and have an attorney do the adoption part. Only because I have a better chance at getting to sign it my self rather then him bucking up to lawyers, so if this is something I can do my self where do I find what I need???

Have your adoption attorney prepare the consent and send it. This is an area you do NOT want to take a chance on doing improperly, and therefore making the adoption invalid. Even if he signs the consent ahead of time, remembver his parental rights will not actually be terminated until the adoption is complete.
