Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

What is the easiest way for a 16 year old girl living in Indiana to get emancipated or to live somewhere else? Can she just pack her stuff at 16 and move out? Or does she HAVE to go through the emancipation process? If that fails what can she do to move out?

There is no easy way. The girl has to obtain an emancipation order from a court. That is the only way that she can move out absent a guardianship being granted to an adult outside the household.
