Emancapation

My son live with hs father and doesn't really goes to school and after 15 in a half years he decide to reside with his father which i have know problem, but the state of indiana is making me pay child support, but my son goes to scholl when he want to i have a problem with that how can i get him emancapte by the law of indiana

You do need to get an attorney and see about filing a petition to emancipate. However, the state has posted some form s online: http://www.in.gov/judiciary/selfservice/forms/eman_term.html

If your son is 15.5 and still enrolled in school, you will not be able to emancipate him. In fact, you may not be able to do so for many years.
