Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
ok, so i'm trying to emancipate myself as fast as possible. no, i'm not like the other kids who are being beaten, or live in a horrible habitat, but it is not only for my physical well being, but for my family's sanity. long story short, my mother doesn't want me in her house any longer and neither does her boyfriend. my main concerns are school, and college afterwards. i am 16 and a junior in high school. school ends in june, around the fourth, and i would like to not only finish my junior year, but proceed to senior year. i will admit that i have done numerous things to put my mother in her current mindset, as well as her boyfriend, and i completely agree with the whols idea of me not living there antmore. i currently am unemployed, but that can be changed immediately, i am certain of it. i am also certain that i would have a place to stay if granted emancipation. i would mainly like to know what i need to do to start this process, and how long it would take. also, if my case would hold up. if you need any other information about my situation, please feel free to ask and i will gladly oblige. you can reach me at [email protected] thank you very much
