Emancipation

My daughter was adopted to some people she is now 17 years old and she is preganant her baby is due in december but does not turn 18 till february they have sent her to an unwed mothers home and i think that they are trying to take her child away as sneakly as they did mine saying things like the grandparents have to sign the birth certificate if that happens they will have total control im afraid that they will somehow munipulate the situation in there favor please help sheryl

She can still apply to the courts to be emancipated if she so wishes - in such a situation, there is a good chance she would win.
