Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Emancipation
In Indiana law under emancipation there is a part where the court can ''award wardship to a person or shelter care facility''. What exactly can this entail and is this considered ''partial emancipation'' or emancipation at all? Finally how would a minor go about starting this process (where to go to petition)?

Re: Emancipation
Please look at the guru database. I know that I have answered this question at least 5 times regarding the process. There is no such thing as a partial emancipation. Either you are or are not emancipated. By definition if you are a ward, you are not emancipated.
