Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Emancipation

I reside in the state of Georgia. I have an 18 year old son that lives in Fort Wayne, In. My case is filed with the St. Joseph County court house. The problem I have is I recently found out that my son withdrew from high school back in November of last year. Needless to say, I was never informed. The school advised me to check into Anthis Career Center, inwhich I am not sure he is attending. This school considers him an adult therefore they will not release any information regarding his attendance. If he's not attending school I would like to have him emancipated. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks, Mr.--name removed--
