emancipation
if i know someone who will be eighteen in ten months, and wants to be emancipated how could he go about finding out how to do this?

He can look under chapter 31 of the Indiana Code for the requirements of emancipation. However, by the time he figures out what needs to be filed and actually files it and gets a hearing, etc. he will probably be about 6 months short of age 18.
