Emancipation

I am a 15 year old girl and i feel i need to be emancipated. I can not stand my father and i live with my mom and dad. My dad doesn't allow my mom to have any input on my life. I will so be 16 and able to drive i wish to get emancipated after i get my license. I have numerous reason why i wish to be emancipated. I have a well paying job and feel i can support myself fincial. I have read the rights on emancipation and am aware of them. What i really need help with is how to go about the emancipation process. Can someone please help me? It will be greatly appreciated. Please help and consider my question. Thank you.

I fail to see how a fifteen year old can become legally emancipated under any set of facts. In most jurisdictions the absolute minimum age is 16 and that's if you're married.

Indiana law does not permit the emancipation of a child under 18 when the parents are divorced or have not bee married. There is no provision for such a situation if the parents are still married, either. Only in situations where the child has been found by a court to be a child in need of services or a delinquent child could a court possibly consider emancipating a child under 18. Your inability to get along with one of your parents indicates a degree of immaturity on your part, which is natural in someone your age, and part of growing up is learning to follow rules that are imposed on you, like them or not, and learning to deal with people that you may not like.
