Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

help

I need to know what i can do to encourage a judge to give me permission to move with my daughter out of state, due to my husband being in the military. I want to live on a army base with him, my daughter i am reffering to i had out of wed lock with a previous long term boyfriend..in which we share joint leagal custody with me having primary custody of her. My husband and i just had a little girl of our own a couple months ago, and i feel she shouldn't be punished living without her father just because of the custody issue with my ex and i.My husband has been there for my first daughter since a month after she was born. I wrote to the judge about it, but he prematuarlly filed it due to not knowing what base i want to move too. so what can i do or say to make sure i can be with both my husband and my girls? My daughter's father is in the army national guard and currently in iraq. He has agreed to new visitation and agreement to let me move, but with him so far away all i have is proof on a yahoo messenger, and i don't think that would hold up to the judge. I have even asked for temorary approval untill he returns home if need be, im not sure when i will be moving. but this is the best intrest for my family. what can i do???

Re: help

This is too important to try to do without a lawyer. I suggest that you hire one ASAP. It is clear from your posting that you are unfamiliar with the procedures and requirements.
