establishing custodial rights when couple was never married

mother has already filed for child support ,but during the waiting of the date set to talk to the prosecuter the dad has stole the children and is denieing the mother any contact at all with her 3 small children .The father is a hurtful selfish person purely concerned of the fact he doesnt want to pay child support and obviously is iblivious to the damage that he is administering to their childeren

At this point, the father has no rights without a court order. File a police report now and tell the police that paternity has not been established and that he has taken the children.
