Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my exboyfriend set meup longtime ,aug.3 1999,he got away with it he keeps bring it up & uses aganst me & keeps lieing everything &he;keeps doing it thejude keeps believing him without any proof & i got proof that none what he says not true they never heard my side at allthese years &he;keeps taking my son & lies about me all the i jst cant deal with it anymore i want to get all these liesstopped by tell them i have all the evidence to prove thst i am innocent but they won't let me talk at all,i don't know what to do anymore,i've been collecting evidence since aug,3,1999 they don't know it ,he's still lieing &he;still got my son ,i just got visitation but only got 10 hrs every other weekend because he keeps these going they have not heard my side yet again i didn'tsee my son for 8-9 monts at atime when he makes up lies ,I just dont know what to do anymore
