Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My ex-husband has custody of our 12 year old son. He lives in Fort Wayne Indiana and I live in Sullivan Missouri. I just found out 3 weeks ago that my son has been living in New Carlsile Indiana with my ex-inlaws since January. I told my ex and my ex-inlaws that I wanted my son. They know that I can't afford an attorney. What can I do?

You can try petitioning the court on your own, or fiond a way to hire an attorney. Your child should be a major priority in your life, so you should do what you can to come up with a retainer.
