Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my ex-husband has had custody of our now 11 yr old son since he was three. I have regular visitation with him. My ex is now attempting to move to Florida (with our son) because he was accepted to a law school. I am afraid he is going to take him no matter what the court says.

Your former spouse must follow the Indiana Code and the provisions concerning notice, etc. There is a provision that may allow you to obtain a restraining order that would prevent the move of your child. You should consult a local attorney.
