Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex-husband and I went through divorce proceedings and had a hearing regarding the matter. The judge stated at the hearing that our marriage was dissolved and that is indicated in the transcript however, a divorce degree was never signed by the judge or put on record. This was Oct, 2005 and my ex remarried in March, 2006. I am questioning the legality of that marriage and whether our divorce is final or not.
