Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
my ex-husband took my son many years ago. we were married. i was just a "kid" and thought i could/was not "good enough" to have him. my ex has had him for almost 10 years and i want my son back, even just visitation rights. what should i do? i am not sure where he is but i can find out. there were never any custody guidelines set in the divorce, as my ex did it via mail. i want to go and take him like he did to me but i do not want to be in legal trouble.

Hire an attorney, go to court to establish your parenting rights, and do this the right way. You need to find out where he is before you do this. DO NOT just help yourself by taking your son without father's approval; that is a crime.
