Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex-husband has not seen our 13 yr daughter for 2 years. He has only called 5 times not to set up visitation but to ask me to reduce or stop child support. Now he has filed contempt of court papers on me. DO I need an attorney or represent myself?

You have not presented any facts that are the basis of his contempt allegations. Regardless, contempt is serious and you should hire counsel.
