Ex's namae off truck title
My Husbands divorce papers state that
his ex wife gets to keep the dodge
durango but has to be finacially
responsible for it. 2 weeks ago she
called and had the bank come after it.
she was $1100. behind. My husband is
still resposible for that debt as his name
is on the loan too. We paid the
$1100.00 and picked up the truck from
the repo lot. My question is is there any
way that the court can make her sign
off of this truck since we are now
paying the payments. and to sign off of
my husbands truck which the divorce
granted to my husband and we are also
paying the payments. she will not do
this willingly Thank you for any info you
can give me

Sounds like she violated the court order. I suggest that you file for contempt. Doing so, should bring her to the negotiating table to resolve the issues regarding both vehicles.
