My exwife has custody of our 2 sons. I have them every other weekend. I have a stable home and job. My exwife just Overdosed on drugs and is on her way to the hospital and rehab. Do I have a right to go get my sons. My ex wifes mother and stepdad picked them up and don't want to give them to me. What are my rights? I pay child support every week.

You have the right to pick them up. Whether you should depends on a lot of things, including the fact that the school year is almost over and you want them to finish the year at their present school. You can petition the court for a specific custody order if you have a problem in getting them.
