Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex-wife and I divorced three years ago, agreeing to joint custody of our son (now six). We rotate visitation every two days throughout the week and every other weekend. I'm interested in finding out if I have a case to petition for full custody.

In the last three years, my ex-wife has had four live-in boyfriends. These tumultuous relationships have been characterized by constant heated arguments with threats of violence toward one another in front of our son; a restraining order against one of these men; her vehicle stolen twice by the same man requiring a police visit in the middle of the night; and live in children of both boyfriends and room-mates.

She has recently lost her job and has had her gas shut off. My son has had repeated infections under his foreskin from not bathing regularly (both she and he come to my house to bathe). His attendance record at school is below the mandatory average b/c she consistently drops him off late to school in the morning.

Do I have legal recourse to obtain full custody?
