Ex-Wife

I am living with my fiance and his ex wife keeps coming in the house eating our food and taking our stuff. Her name is on the deed and this is not fair. Is their anything we can do to get her to sell. My ex offered to buy out her share or let us pay the bills at the house. Please advise what we should do.

Look at the decree and see whether your fiance was granted exclusive possession of the home. It is customary that one spouse is. If it was granted to him, change the locks. She may have an aownership interest, but she has no right to enter.
