Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex-wife and I have mutually agreed to ammend our child support decree from $500.00 per month to $400.00 per month. How would we go about getting the decree amended through the courts???

You need to file an agreed modification and if the modification results in a different figure than you can obtain using the child support calculator located at the Indiana Judiciary Website, you have to explain why the deviation is acceptable. You also have to provide a copy of the child support worksheet.
