Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Can I get my ex-wife to stop using my last name. She asked that it be changed to her maiden name at divorce and judge granted it however she still use my last name. Creditors have started calling my house as if we are still married looking for her. I have since re-married and these calls are becoming very disruptive in my current marriage. Is there anything that I can do legally?
