Ex-wife wrecked and arrested for OWI with our kids in car

My ex-wife was arrested for OWI last night after hitting a man on a tractor and totaling her car. Two of our kids were with her. Nobody was hurt. What are the possibilities of getting custody of our kids: ages 16, 15 and 11, since this is her first offense?

The first offense isnt the issue. THe issue is that she drank and drove with your kids in the car! I think you have a good chance. If the kids were not in the car at the time, not such a good chance.
