Ex-wife's right to Social Security and pension benefits

My wife and I have been divorced over 10 years. There is no child support issues, etc., and I have been told my my son that she is planning on filing for my SS and pension benefits. Can she legally get a portion of either one if the divorce decree did not mention anything about it?

No on the pension, depends on how long you were married for ss.
