failure to file qdro liability
My ex's lawyer was ordered to file a QDRO 8 years ago; for whatever reason he did not and has still not. I retired 3 years ago. My ex is now suing for 3 years ''backpay'' plus damages. Will I be liable for her lost portion of my pension?

This is interesting to me because I have a similar case except that the ex was the pension holder and his attorney did not file the QDRO. You need to post more facts. Is there a QDRO in effect now? What do you mean back pay? What do you mean by damages? Please repost with more facts.
