Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

False Abuse Allegations

We have a 12 year old who's completely out of control. We have called the police on her several times. She's also accused us of abuse several times and we had to go through CPS investigations. They cleared us. Now, she's doing it again. CPS told her that if she has one bruise on her that we'd go to jail next time. They've just handed her the ultimate power. The other children in the home are terrified of her. CPS has taken any and all authority away from us so now we are at her mercy. What can we do to have her declared incorrigible? Honestlly, we need her out of the home. What can we do?

Re: False Abuse Allegations

Have you considered having her committed for in patient therapy at a mental health facility?
