Can a family evict another family member out of the house that has been residing there for over 3yrs. when they don't even own the home and the house is still in the deceased grandmothers name?

In order to answer that question, one would need to know if there was a will or who is/are the heir(s) and what the relation is to the person evicted. Regardless, the owner would have to follow the eviction statute.
