Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

A family friend has a 16 year old son who is on probation he left home and is staying with his girlfriend and her mother. His mom has tried to get him to come home (for 2-3 months) but he refuses and says he will run away, he is smoking marijuana, allowed to drive his girlfriends moms car without a license, and about to leave the state with his girlfriend and her mom for a week long vacation. The mother doesn't want to call the police because she doesn't want him to go to jail because she thinks he will "hate her" what can I do to help this family while staying as annonymous as possible?

Nothing. This is mother and father's business, and if they won't do anything, you have no power to do anything.
