Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My family and I are not sure what kind of lawyer to hire for our situation. My father is elderly and in poor health so we are working through estate planning issues. His house is still in his name but we are in the process of putting the house in my sister's name and per my father's written will we plan to sell the house later and split the proceeds 50/50. However, her husband has contacted a lawyer to attempt to get 100% of the proceeds. My sister and I are both against this.

What kind of lawyer to we contact - Estate Planning, Divorce and Family...?

Please help!

Your father needs an estate planning lawyer. Your sister sounds like she needs a divorce lawyer. You need to stop taking any more do it yourself actions with deeds or anything else before getting legal advice.
