Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Family Law
How can someone apply for the pro bono assistance in Indiana? She has a child that has not received child support ever and the father of the child now wants to get to know him at the age of 10 years old. She was never married to him and she got married to a man that fathers her child. She would like to take parental rights from her ex-boyfriend and change her son's last name to her husband's last name. She receives food stamps and medicaid for the children. How can she get free legal assistance and can she take parental rights from her ex-boyfriend?
