what is the law in indiana on home state for a child whom is less than a year old? my son was born in arkansas and i signed a parental petition in little rock. his mother left me and moved to indiana. she is now saying that i will never have anything to do with my son and i don't exist to him. please email me and let me know what i can do about this. they have been in indiana for 8 months.

If the child has been in Indiana for over 6 months, Indiana is the home state.
