Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Family law

I am married with 2 children live in the state of Indiana. Last week my wife change the locks in my home and took my cloths to my parents house. Can she legally do that. We have filed for legal separation but I was living in the house till last week to work our differences. There is no domestic abuse case. She accused me of infidelity. Thank you

Re: Family law

Absent an order granting her exclusive possession of the home, she can not legally do what she has done.

Practically speakingg, she already has and running over there saying she can not do it, or rechanging the locks is only going to lead to a confrontation. Clearly, she does notwant to work out the differences.

There should be a rovisional hearing scheduled for the Legal Separation, you should bring up her conduct at that time.
