Family Law for Military

If a child is given custody to its military parent and that parent gets deployed, does the military person's wife sustain physical and legal custody of the children if she is given Power of Attorney before he leaves for his deployment?

The parent would have grounds for seeking a temporary modification of custody. If granted, the present wife would probably be granted parenting time.

However, what the parent doesnt know wont hurt the present wife. If she reaises a question tell her you have POA. She may leave it alone.
