How do I obtain a document for appeal that is acceptable to the Indiana courts?

If your objective is appeal, then you may submit a written request to the lower court from which you seek appeal, for a copy of the record. Beyond this, your question is rather unclear as to what other document you would be trying to obtain for appeal purposes.
