i am 43 years old living with my mother as she re rented the home i was renting from her i am on disability and recieve a monthly check and also a recovering alcoholic my mother does not have guardianship over me or my check does she have the legal right to tell me where i can go or who i can visit or see thank you so very much

She has no right to tell you where to go or who you can visit.
She has every right in the world to kick you out the door of her home if you decline to comport with her wishes. You have no right,as an adult, to live with her.
