Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

family law-visitation

My ex-spouse has a suspended drivers license and is still driving. Do I have to allow visitation, even if he has a licensed driver when he picks up the kids? My concern is that once they are at his home for the weekend, he will do what he pleases and drive them around. Can I be held in contempt of court for not allowing visitation without proof of a valid license?

Re: family law-visitation

The lack of a drivers license by itself is not sufficient to deny parenting time.
