Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have a family member who doesn't want to take care of her son. She constantly pushes him off on her elderly grandparents, sometimes days at a time. CPS has been notified several times and has done nothing. Is there anything I can do?

Sure. You can petition for custody or obtain a guardianship.
