Fast and cheap are relative terms. You can go to the Indiana Judiciary site, look up the Indiana Code, look up the Indiana Code of Civil Procedure, the local rules of your county court, and if there are children, the Indiana Child Support and Pareting Guidelines. Assuming you unserstand all that is required, you can then find the proper forms at that same site.

You can file as soon as you feel that you have an understanding of the law and if you do everything correctly be divorced 60 days after the date of filing.

THe problem is if you do not really know what you are doing, it may cost you in the long run. THe clerk at the courthouse can not assist you.
