Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If father is under care of one daughter, who has all legal right and sharing no information with other siblings, if there are any bills left in fathers name are the uninformed siblings responsible for his unpaid bills after his death.

No siblings are responsible for his debts. They have to be satisfied from his assets, or go unpaid.
