Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
The father of my child is a twice-convicted drug dealer, takes numerous medications that alter is normal being, including but not limited to, Fentynl patches and Valium, my question is am I wasting my time to request to be her custodial parent, and requesting to ask for supervised visitation with her father?

Based on the information provided, no. However, there are usually two sides to every story. That is why a judge makes determinations when parents cannot reach an agreement on these types of issues.
