Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

The father of my children is self-employed, because of this his child support payments can not be take out of his paycheck. He refuses to pay the full ammount due each month and is now 3000.00 dollars behind. I keep calling the child support office to take him back to court but because he pays small ammounts I cant take him back. I hae gotten wind that he is gambling all of his money away and because of his self-employment I will not be able to get his tax return because he will be paying taxes.... Is there anything I can do? Thank you.

You can obtain a judgment for the arrears and use supplemental proceedings to find out about receivables, etc. You should hire counsel to assist you as this is beyond what most people can do on their own. Good luck.
