The father who is Non-Custodial parent, was told by the mother that she wants to move to Out of state. Now right before school starts she left to go on vacation. The father has tried to contact mother to talk to son numerous times but cannot talk to son. School enrollment is now over and school starts next week and mother still isn't back. What if anything can be done. Father has recieved papers for mother wanting to move out of state and father counter filed for opposing her move. Can't something be done about child not being enrolled in school, and mother not letting father talk to child?? Need Advice!??!!??

Yes, get a lawyer, let the lawyer file a contempt action and a motion to modify custody. DO NOT try to do this on your own if you want to be successful.
Depending on what the court originally ordered, you may have grounds for a contempt petition. I agree with Jay, you need to contact a local attorney so that your rights are properly protected.
