fathers rights

my child mother denies all efforts for me to be a part of my child life but i 'm stuck paying child support so i want to waive my rights we go to court tomorrow i'm also married and have other kids but the first judge didn't consider any of this when he ordered me to pay for $71 a week at the time i was unemployed and now i'm playing catch up which is unfair

Support and visitation are two completely different issues. Your child still needs to eat even if the mother is being unreasonable. Father's are expected in IL to pay support, even if they do not see the child. Fathers in that situation then go to court to force visitation, and the court will make sure they get it (unless there are safety issues).

If this is regarding Indiana law, waiving your rights does not relieve you from having to pay child support.

If you want to see your kids, you need to file for contempt agasint your ex wife.
