A Fathers Rights

My husband has custody of his 3yr old son the mother has vistitations and should be paying child support she has not seen the child since november and has not talked to him since christmas. She has not paid any support for him. She contacted my husband on June 3 about seeing him legally does he have to let the child see her.

If there is an order in effect, your husband must allow for the visitation. However, under the guidelines he may have discretion to phase the visitation in.
