Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i dont feel comfortable sending my 5 yr old daughter to where her dad is staying for a visit. i am the custodial parent and he has visitation. he wants to take her over fall break, with which i don't have a problem -- only he wants to take her to where he is staying and have his buddy's girlfriend watch her while he works. i don't know these people, but i do know his friend sat in our house when we were married and bragged about beating up his girlfriend, and is also rumoured to smoke crack. i have no proof of this, however. my ex is also still verbally (and via text/email) abusive to me; not sure if this is pertinent. my ex is an alcoholic who has very poor judgment when inebriated. i don't know what to do. i want to comply with the order but i also want to feel okay about where she is going.
